BETHEL GOSPEL CAMP PACKING LIST

Things to Bring

• Bible- If you do not own your own Bible, we will happily supply one.
• Pen and Notepad
• Changes of clothes for both warm and cold weather, enough for number of days of camp.
  • Avoid clothes that would hinder participation in camp activities.
  • Clothing items that are expensive, delicate or run the risk of a “wardrobe malfunction” should be left at home.
  • No clothing that showcases drugs/alcohol or presents offensive or inappropriate slogans/images
• Two pairs of footwear- Running shoes and another pair of your choice.
• Jacket/Rainwear
• Personal toiletries- toothbrush, shampoo, etc.
• Sunscreen, and bugs spray
• Action Appropriate Swimwear
  • • Please ensure all swimming attire allows the camper to participate in all water skills and activities. No Speedos of Bikinis. 

• • Well fitting swim shorts for male campers
  • Well fitting one-piece or fully covering two-piece for female campers

• 2 Towels- One for the beach, one for the shower
• Pillow and sleeping bag or sheet set and blankets- Dorms can be chilly at night, choose bedding accordingly
• Thursday Night Banquet Costume (Refer here for our yearly theme)

What NOT to bring

• Cell phones- any cellphones discovered will be confiscated and held in the office for the duration of the camp week.
• Valuables including money, expensive clothes or any electronics
• Comics or magazines
• Junk food- All weeks of camps provide daily snack shack treats.
• Dangerous Items- Knives, matches, lighters
• Vapes, cigarettes, drugs or alcohol
• Any campers found in possession of intoxicating or illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco or vape products, will be immediately sent home at their parent’s/guardian’s expense
